Richard Lwasa is the Executive Director of RichtCan Immigration Consulting Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) majoring in accounting, and a Master of Arts (Educational Management) from Makerere University. Also, Richard studied Behavioral Science and graduated from Loyalist College, Belleville Ontario, Canada. He completed and obtained a Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law and Policies from CDI Collage, he met stringent educational standards and attained the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and he is a member of good standing of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
